Wouldn't it be great if there was a way for doctors to let down at the end of the day together, chat each other about work, and unwind before heading home to family? ACMS is launching a new opportunity to get together to encourage more of that.

We have just 20 slots open for this first informal gathering to hang out together, have a glass of beer, wine, or your preference, eat some pub appetizers and enjoy a brewery tour at 10 Barrel in Downtown Boise.

Appetizers and first drink are sponsored by Ron Mesler with We Protect Doctors. We are limiting registration to ACMS members only (no spouses this time please).

Consider exhibiting at the 60th annual ACMS Winter Clinics, February 21-22 at Shore Lodge in McCall Idaho. You'll get to interact with around 100 physicians filling up on CME around Neurological Care Topics in a relaxed, collegial setting.

The Thursday evening wine & cheese reception and the Friday evening 60th Anniversary social will be held in the exhibit area. Friday’s breakfast and refreshment breaks will also be set there as well. Many exhibitors find ways in between sessions or during meals to get one-on-one with physicians.

Because of the high quality interactions between attendees and exhibitors, we always fill up on vendor spaces early. Because of that, we will only allow for registrations with credit card payment or when a check is received and will not hold spaces open.

Six booths around food are reserved for sponsor level exhibitors.

Most tables are 4' wide, 30" deep, and 30"  tall. Upgrade tables are 6' wide.

Eight tables in front of the fireplace are designated as restricted display height, no taller than 30" above table height, and are discounted accordingly, for a maximum display height of 5'.

Please look at the map and select your booth based on electricity, size needs, and remaining availability.

See pictures below for an idea of location. Pictures below may not guarantee remaining availability and do not necessarily depict current year registrants.
